Administration on vps/vds and dedicated
                        The service support includes the following tasks:
                        
                        - quickly respond to problems in the basic hosting services;
                        - to provide necessary information about the hosting settings;
                        - block accounts without notice for users sending spam, violation of the legislation of Ukraine or international law;
                        - proactively notify customers about planned technical works on the servers.
                        
                        The responsibilities of the technical support service does not include the following tasks:
                        
                        - install and configure scripts (cms, supplements, etc.) and programs, even if the client is not able to configure them;
                        - run the operations that can be run using the hosting control panel;
                        - to provide support to individuals who are not customers friendhosting.net;
                        - perform server setup virtual hosting under personal requirements of the client (an exception may be those settings that possibly to apply for an individual account);
                        - configure software on the client computer;
                        - training to work with computer and other software;
                        - answer questions that do not carry semantic load that contains a large number of syntactic and grammatical errors, and not directly related to the duties of the support.
                        
                        Customer service is available from 7:30 till 02:00 Moscow time. From 02:00 until 7:30 made monitoring of network equipment and data center.
