Guarantee the quality of services provided

In addition, all our services are monitored by monitoring systems, and Autonomous response 24/7/365 that allows the specialists of "Greens Host" which guarantees the performance of all services.
Having gained over years of working solutions, we can, unlike our competitors, to provide our Subscribers with the ability to be confident in the quality and high level of provided services. Because of this we guarantee:
The percentage of operability and availability of hosting services in the month not less than 99%
The percentage of loss of TCP/UDP packets per month at no more than 0.45%
If the uptime or availability of the services is less than 99%, the Company "Greens Host" provides reimbursement. Compensation means for providing free hosting services for one calendar month after the month in which the Company failed to provide services for 99%.
Periodically, we conduct scheduled maintenance on serviced equipment. In view of this, in case if affected the work of critical nodes of infrastructure, such works are carried out only at night, from 00:00 to 07:00. The time and date of such scheduled system maintenance is usually indicated in the announcement which we publish for its Subscribers in advance. Time scheduled system maintenance is not considered when calculating the percentage of efficiency and availability of services.
